All In Arts – Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 20 Feb 2026
By enrolling in any All In Arts class, workshop, or program, parents and guardians agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, supportive, and enjoyable experience for every child.

Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment is confirmed once the enrolment form has been completed and the required deposit or full payment has been received.
All fees must be paid in advance of the commencement of classes or workshops. Where a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.
Casual bookings secure a place only for the specific session(s) booked and do not guarantee availability for the remainder of the term. We will always do our best to accommodate casual enrolments and may increase staffing where possible to support class sizes.
All fees are non-transferable to another child without prior written approval.

Missed Classes and Cancellations
Casual Bookings: No refunds are provided for missed casual sessions. A makeup session may be offered if at least 6 hours’ notice is provided prior to the class time. Makeup sessions are subject to availability.
Term Bookings: If your child is unable to attend a scheduled class, the missed lesson will be credited to your account and may be used toward a holiday workshop, another class, or a makeup session within the same calendar year, subject to availability. Credits are not refundable.
If a class is cancelled by All In Arts due to unforeseen circumstances, a makeup class, credit, or alternative session will be offered.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind or withdrawal once a term has commenced.

Health and Safety
Parents and guardians must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, behavioural considerations, or additional needs at the time of enrolment. This ensures we can provide appropriate support and maintain a safe environment.
Children must not attend if they are unwell, contagious, or displaying symptoms of illness.
All In Arts takes reasonable steps to provide a safe and supportive environment. However, participation in art activities involves the use of tools and materials, and minor accidents may occur. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

Supervision and Collection
All In Arts staff are responsible for supervising children during scheduled session times only.
Where applicable, staff will collect children from their nominated school pickup location. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to notify the school of enrolment in our program.
If a child is to be collected by someone other than the listed parent/guardian, written notification including the person’s full name and contact number must be provided in advance.
All In Arts is not responsible for children outside of scheduled program times. Late collection may incur a supervision fee.

Behaviour and Inclusion
We proudly support children with a wide range of abilities, behaviours, and learning styles.
If a child’s behaviour significantly disrupts the class or compromises the safety or wellbeing of others, we will communicate with families to work collaboratively toward a positive solution.
In rare circumstances where behaviour remains unsafe or highly disruptive despite reasonable support strategies, All In Arts reserves the right to suspend or cancel enrolment. Refunds in these circumstances will be considered at management’s discretion.

Photography and Media
Photographs or videos may be taken during classes for documentation and promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media platforms.
Images will only be used where parent or guardian consent has been provided. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time by notifying us in writing.
Photos displayed within the studio are used to celebrate children’s work and are not shared publicly; they are only viewable by families and visitors inside the studio

Activity Safety & Mess Disclaimer
Art can be messy, and our sessions use scissors, hot glue guns, sticky tape, paint brushes, and other craft materials. While our instructors always prioritise safety and demonstrate proper use of all tools, accidents can still happen. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge this risk and agree that All In Arts staff and volunteers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage. Aprons are provided to help protect clothing, but a little mess is part of the creative fun.

Personal Information
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles. Information collected is used solely for enrolment, communication, safety, and administrative purposes.

Communication
Important updates and information will be communicated via email, text message, and our online booking system. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure contact details remain current.

Changes to Terms
All In Arts reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request or on our website.

By enrolling in any All In Arts program, parents and guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
